FAQ – Da Nang

1. Do I need experience?
No. Our beginner classes are designed for first-time students and focus on safe technique and gradual progression.

2. Is pole dance suitable for beginners?
Yes. Beginner classes focus on foundational spins, basic transitions, conditioning, and confidence building. Strength and flexibility improve naturally over time.

3. What is the difference between aerial hoop and aerial yoga?
Aerial hoop uses a steel hoop and focuses on strength and dynamic movement. Aerial yoga uses soft fabric hammocks and focuses on flexibility, mobility, core stability, and relaxation — less strength-intensive and very beginner-friendly.

4. What should I wear?
Pole dance: shorts and a fitted top (skin grip needed). Aerial hoop: leggings and a fitted shirt. Aerial yoga: comfortable athletic wear covering the legs. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.
