Class Packages: Classes are booked in packages. Each package has an expiration date and a set number of classes. We track usage in our system and can provide a stamp card.

Package Extensions: Expired packages can be extended for 300,000 VND per additional month. Please contact us via messenger to arrange this.

Booking Classes: Classes must be booked in advance. Contact us for access to our booking system.

Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class. This allows us to manage class sizes and accommodate waitlisted students.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within 3 hours of class, or do not show up, the class will be deducted from your package. This ensures fairness for all students.

Weather: Our cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of weather, including rainy season. We encourage booking a grab/taxi in advance or wearing a good raincoat. During heavy rain, we can move your class to a later start the same day. Our Vietnamese-speaking staff can also help guide drivers to the studio.

No Refunds: Class packages are non-refundable. This helps us manage our schedule and commitments effectively.

Transfers: Packages may be transferred to another person with prior approval from the studio. Please contact us directly to arrange this.

Timeliness: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to sign in and prepare.

Personal Belongings: M Pole & Aerial is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure.

Health & Safety: Inform your instructor of any injuries or health concerns before class. Follow instructor guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
