Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create an account first?
No. Just book a class or buy a package and an account will be created automatically using your email. You’ll get a confirmation email with a link to set your password and access My Bookings.
Can I use my package at any studio?
Packages are currently location-specific. A Hoi An package is used for classes at the Hoi An studio. If you train across multiple studios, please buy the appropriate package for each.
How does payment work?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. Please complete payment before your class — see our payment page for all options including bank QR, bank transfer, and cash at the studio.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Log in to My Bookings to cancel or change your slot. Please check our Studio Policy for the cancellation window so our teachers can plan their schedule.
