Welcome to our pole dance studio offering a variety of classes to cater to your interests and skill levels.
Not sure where to start? If you’re completely new, we recommend our Pole Dance all levels class — no experience needed, no fitness level required. All classes welcome beginners and every class is taught by an experienced instructor in a supportive environment.
Pole Dance all levels
Join our all-levels pole dance class to further develop your skills, strength, and flexibility, regardless of your experience.
Good for: all levels — complete beginners welcome. No prior fitness or dance experience needed.

Aerial Yoga
Experience the harmony of yoga and aerial arts in our aerial yoga classes, designed to elevate your practice both physically and spiritually.
Good for: beginners, flexibility focus. No upper-body strength required — very approachable for first-timers.

Aerial Hoop
Discover the art of hoop dance and explore creative ways to move and flow with the hoop in a fun and expressive atmosphere.
Good for: building upper-body strength and dynamic movement. Suitable for beginners with some fitness base.

Aerial Stretching
Improve your flexibility, mobility, and posture through our aerial stretching classes, utilizing aerial silks and hammocks.
Good for: all levels. A great add-on to pole or aerial training, or as a standalone class for flexibility and recovery.

Backbend Stretching
Enhance your back flexibility and strength with our backbend stretching classes, utilizing a variety of tools such as chairs, yoga rolls, blocks, straps, and more for targeted stretches and exercises.
Good for: anyone looking to improve spine mobility and backbend technique. All levels welcome.

Aerial Sling
Experience the unique sensation of aerial dance and support in our sling classes, combining elements of aerial silks and hammocks.
Good for: those who enjoy aerial yoga and want to explore more dynamic movement. Beginner-friendly.

Aerial Silk
Experience the beauty and strength of aerial silk in our classes, where you’ll learn to perform stunning acrobatics using long fabric ribbons. Our sessions focus on building your core strength, flexibility, and aerial techniques, with personalized instruction to help you master various climbs, wraps, and drops. Join us to soar gracefully and confidently in the air with aerial silk.
Good for: those looking for a strength and technique challenge. Some aerial or fitness background recommended.
