What is included in a package?

A package gives you a set number of class credits that can be used to book any eligible class at our Hoi An studio. Packages are better value than drop-in and let you build a consistent training routine.

How do I use my package credits to book a class?

Once your package purchase is confirmed, go to the My Bookings page and log in with the email address you used to purchase. From there, select a class and your credits will be applied automatically — no extra payment needed at checkout.

Do packages expire?

Yes, packages have a validity period. The exact expiry for each package is shown during the purchase process. We recommend booking your classes regularly to make the most of your credits before they expire.

What happens after I purchase?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your package details and a link to set up your customer account. Once your account is ready, head to My Bookings to start booking classes with your credits.

Can I use my package at other studio locations?

Packages are currently location-specific. A Hoi An package can only be used for classes at the Hoi An studio. If you train at multiple locations, please purchase the appropriate package for each studio.
