How do I log in to My Bookings?

Enter the email address you used when booking a class or purchasing a package. If it’s your first time logging in, check your confirmation email for a link to set up your password. Once set up, you can log in here anytime to manage your bookings.

I can’t see my package credits. What should I do?

Make sure you are logged in with the exact email address you used when purchasing your package. If you still cannot see your credits, try resetting your password via the login form, or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it out quickly.

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Yes. Once logged in, you can view your upcoming appointments and cancel if needed. Please check our Studio Policy for the cancellation window — late cancellations may result in the class credit being used. To reschedule, cancel your current booking and book a new slot.

How do I book a class using my package credits?

Log in above, then use the booking form to select your class. If you have active package credits, they will be applied automatically at checkout — no payment is required. If you do not have a package yet, visit the Packages page to purchase one.

I don’t have an account yet. How do I get started?

You don’t need to create an account in advance. Simply book a class or purchase a package and an account will be created automatically using your email address. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to set up your password and access My Bookings.
