To ensure the best experience for all our students, we have established the following policies. Please read them carefully. By attending our classes, you agree to abide by these policies.

1. Class Packages and Bookings

Class Packages: Classes are booked in packages. Each package has an expiration date, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Each package has a number of classes that you can use within the duration of the package. We track the number of classes in our system and can also provide you with a stamp card.

Extension of packages: We offer to extend expired packages for only 300k VND for one month on top. Please contact us through messenger.

Booking Classes: Classes must be booked in advance. You can book your classes with our google sheets file, contact us for more information.

• Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the class start time. This allows us to manage class sizes and accommodate waitlisted students.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel within 3 hours of the class or do not show up, the class will be deducted from your package. This policy ensures fairness and helps us maintain the quality of our classes.

Weather Conditions: We understand that weather conditions can sometimes prevent attendance. However, our cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of weather. This also applies for the rainy season. We encourage you in case of rain to book a grab/taxi early enough or wear a good raincoat on your bike.

Our support: During the rainy season we help you to book a grab/ taxi and our Vietnamese speaking staff is guiding the drivers to the right address. In case of heavy rain, we can move your class to a later start the same day.

• Refunds and Transfers

No Refunds: Class packages are non-refundable. This policy helps us manage our schedule and commitments effectively.

Transfers: Packages may be transferred to another person with prior approval from the studio. This must be arranged by contacting us directly.

• General Studio Etiquette

Timeliness: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class begins to ensure you have enough time to sign in and prepare.

Personal Belongings: M Pole & Aerial is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure.

Health and Safety: Inform the instructor of any injuries or health concerns before the class starts. Follow the instructor’s guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Stay Informed: We will communicate any changes to our policies, class schedules, or other important updates messenger and social media. Please ensure we have your current contact information.
